The chant, sang to the tune of the 'Made of Stone' by the Stone Roses, has been heard on several occasions since Lukaku's move from Everton this summer.
Supporters make reference to the striker being well-endowed.
But fans of United and anti-discriminatory groups alike have called for people to stop singing the song.

The "antidiscrimatory group Kick it off" have urged Manchester United to take down the chants.
